Guests checking in will be required a personal ID and, at the Hotel Management’s discretion, a credit card or cash deposit.
Special requests will be satisfied upon availability at check in time.
Hotel bills are supposed to be paid on the night before departure.
 
In case of arrival after 6 pm, guests are kindly required to notify the reception desk.
Guests who might need an extra bed in a double room must require it when they book the room. The additional bed implies and extra charge depending on the third person’s age.

Cancellation policy

At the least 30 days before arrival date the hotel return 50% of the deposit paid. Between the 29th day the date of arrival will result in the loss of the entire deposid paid

Beach

The beach service is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The beach service includes 1 sun umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deck chair each room.
The position of the sun umbrella on the beach depends exclusively on the availability at check-in time.
The service is not included on check-out day.

OVERCHARGE PER DAY

Sun umbrella on the private beach with 2 sunbeds on 1^st row: € 10.00
Sun umbrella on the private beach with 2 sunbeds on 2^nd, 3^rd row: € 5.00

PETS

The Hotel admits only small pets, on payment € 10,00 per day.
Pets are not allowed either in the restaurant area or by the swimming pool
